Today cake detailing session was organized in college of community science SKRAU Bikaner, Under the course Bakery and confectionery of BSc honours FND 2nd Year. Mrs Alka Bhojak was invited as expert by the Dean Dr. Vimla Dunkwal. Students enthusiastically participated in the session and learned different types of cake detailing techniques.
